Job summary

Berowra Cottage Children's Centre in Berowra, NSW, is seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator on a full-time basis. You will support learning, development and wellbeing in line with EYLF and NQS within a safe, inclusive classroom environment.

The role requires a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, NSW Working with Children Check, and current First Aid/CPR. You will collaborate with families and staff, contribute to developmental records and ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong understanding of EYLF and NQS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Genuine passion for young children and development.
• Minimum 1 year experience in childcare education or as a childcare worker.
• Experience in long day care or early learning environment.
• Knowledge of child development and inclusive education practices.

Job description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the learning, development and wellbeing of children in accordance with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
