Job summary

Our client, a key maritime safety agency in Australia, seeks three experienced Senior Power Platform Developers to lead digital solutions for maritime safety and compliance across the country.

You will design, develop, configure and maintain solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse and the Power Platform, including Power Pages, and build full-stack integrations with C#, .NET, REST APIs and Azure services. Mentorship of junior teammates is expected.

Qualifications

• Senior Power Platform Developer with hands-on building of D365, Dataverse and Power Platform solutions.
• Experience delivering Power Pages for customer or stakeholder-facing solutions.
• Strong full-stack skills: C#, .NET, REST APIs, JSON and SQL with backend integrations.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems with Azure services and Power Platform.
• Mentorship and technical leadership to junior developers.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, source control and CI/CD practices.
• Knowledge of AI and intelligent automation such as Azure AI or AI Builder.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Power Platform Developer, you will:

• Design, develop, configure and maintain solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse and the Microsoft Power Platform, including the delivery of customer and stakeholder-facing solutions through Power Pages.
• Build and support full-stack solutions using C#, .NET, REST APIs, JSON and SQL, ensuring seamless integration between user interfaces, business logic and backend services.
• Design and implement integrations between enterprise systems using Azure and Power Platform technologies, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management and Power Automate.
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Demonstrated experience developing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse and the Power Platform, including Power Pages.
• Strong full-stack development skills, including experience with C#, .NET, REST APIs, JSON and SQL, and integrating front-end applications with backend services.
• Experience with Azure and Power Platform integration technologies, such as API Management, Azure Functions, Logic Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience working with established application architectures, development patterns and reusable components, including Azure DevOps, source control and CI/CD practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with demonstrated experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Experience with AI and intelligent automation technologies, such as Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, generative AI or agent-based solutions.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications across Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure or AI will be highly regarded.
