Job summary

GMHBA Limited is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Geelong. You will provide Level 2 application support for key business systems, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365, ITSM processes, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Experience supporting business applications in an IT Service Management environment.
Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related Microsoft business applications.
ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent Service Management experience.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 application support across critical business applications.
Manage incidents, service requests and problems in line with ITSM practices.
Support and administer Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related platforms.
Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.
Coordinate application releases, testing and deployment activities.
Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and drive improvements.
Maintain documentation and support procedures.
Coordinate with vendors and delivery teams to ensure service quality.
