Job summary

ITbility is seeking a senior delivery lead for a Melbourne-based, contract position focused on Microsoft Dynamics and related enterprise platforms. The role requires guiding complex portfolios, coordinating offshore teams, and driving service stabilization across multi-tier architectures.

The ideal candidate will have extensive ITIL experience, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a track record of delivering SaaS and COTS solutions in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise application management experience.
• 5+ years leading enterprise application portfolios.
• Experience managing SaaS and COTS business applications.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience working with multi-tiered and distributed architectural landscapes.
• Experience working with offshore and distributed support teams.
• Experience leading application transitions and service stabilization programs.
• Strong ITIL experience with preferred exposure in Service Now.

Responsibilities
