Job summary

GMHBA Ltd in Geelong, Victoria is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our technology team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Qualifications

• Experience supporting business applications in an IT Service Management environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related Microsoft business apps.
• Strong incident, problem and change management knowledge.
• Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience in health or insurance industries is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 application support across critical business applications.
• Manage incidents, service requests and problems in line with IT Service Management practices.
• Support and administer Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related business platforms.
• Investigate application issues, perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.
• Coordinate application releases, testing and deployment activities.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify opportunities for system improvement.
• Maintain application documentation, knowledge articles and support procedures.
• Engage with vendors and delivery teams to ensure service quality and operational stability.
