Job summary

GMHBA Ltd in Geelong, Victoria is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our technology team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. • Experience supporting business applications in an IT Service Management environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related Microsoft business apps.
• Strong incident, problem and change management knowledge.
• Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience in health or insurance industries is advantageous.

We're looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our Technology team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, building strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring critical business applications are reliable, stable and continuously improved.

Reporting to the Delivery Lead, you'll play a key role in the support and administration of GMHBA's business applications, with a particular focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and associated platforms. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, vendors and technology teams to manage incidents, investigate problems, coordinate releases and drive continual service improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 application support across critical business applications.
• Manage incidents, service requests and problems in line with IT Service Management practices.
• Support and administer Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related business platforms.

What You'll Bring

• Demonstrated experience supporting business applications in an IT Service Management environment.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related Microsoft business applications.
• Strong understanding of incident, problem and change management processes.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience within the health, insurance or regulated industries.
• Experience with HAMBS, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow or integration platforms.
• Knowledge of software development and testing lifecycles.
• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent Service Management experience.
