Qualifications

• 3–4 years in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Experience coordinating teams or leading day-to-day activities.
• Forklift license required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with WMS/SAP/JDA or similar systems.
• Knowledge of inventory management principles.
• Understanding GMP and WHS requirements.
• Proven leadership and strong organisational abilities.
• High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control.
• Allocate tasks, monitor workflow, and support the team to achieve productivity and service targets.
• Provide day-to-day guidance, training support, and foster a positive team environment.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, WHS requirements, GMP standards (where applicable), and company policies.
• Monitor stock movement, support cycle counts and reconciliations, and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Identify operational risks, process improvements, and support audits and corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and process transactions using warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, JDA, WMS).
• Complete operational documentation and reporting accurately and on time.
