Job summary

Next Day Recruitment partners with a Sydney engineering and technology business to hire a reliable Warehouse / Inventory Coordinator who will own goods in, goods out and stock control in a modern, on-site facility. Based near Warriewood, Narrabeen, Dee Why or Brookvale, the role offers up to $90,000 plus a competitive package, with a permanent contract and clear autonomy within a supportive team.

You will also undergo training in Quality Assurance and Control.

Qualifications

• 5 years proven experience as a Warehouse Coordinator or Inventory Controller.
• LF Forklift licence & current Australian driver's licence.
• Strong PC skills with ERP familiarity (Excel/databases).
• Good attention to detail with ability to handle manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Store Management: Overseeing dispatch area, stock movements, and spares kits.
• Goods In: Audits against purchase orders and receipting into SAP ERP.
• Goods Out: Packing, precise labelling, dispatch, and quality documentation.
• Logistics: Arrange domestic/international freight and shipping paperwork.
• Inventory Control: Conduct cycle counts and participate in stock audits.

They need a reliable Warehouse / Inventory Coordinator to own goods in, goods out and stock control.

You will also undergo training in Quality Assurance and Control once settled in. A fast paced environment, looking for someone that with high attention to detail and good energy. Suits someone with warehouse or inventory experience who works well on their own and in a team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Store Management:Overseeing the dispatch area, stock movements, and organising spares kits.
• Goods In:Desktop audits against purchase orders, and receipting into SAP ERP.
• Goods Out:Packing, precision labelling, dispatch, and quality documentation.
• Logistics:Arranging domestic/international freight and shipping paperwork.
• Inventory Control:Continual cycle counts and taking part in stock audits.

What You Need:

• LF Forklift licence & current Australian driver's licence.
• 5 years proven experience as a Warehouse Coordinator or Inventory Controller.
• Good PC skills to learn ERP software (comfortable with Excel / databases).
• Strong attention to detail with physical fitness for manual handling.
• Knowledge of freight or importation processes (highly regarded).
• White card (well regarded).
