Job summary

Chandler Macleod in Paget (Queensland) is seeking an experienced Service Administrator to join a busy service team on a 12-month assignment. The role is a full-time position based in Paget, supporting both customers and technical teams in a fast-paced mining and heavy equipment environment.

You will coordinate administrative activities, manage documentation, and provide exceptional customer support while working across service and field teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Service Administrator, Branch Administrator, Operations Administrator, or similar position.
• Experience with invoicing, purchase orders, timesheets, or job costing.
• Strong customer service and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage service job cards and work orders
• Process invoicing and ensure accurate job costing
• Provide administrative support to service and field teams
• Assist with scheduling and coordination of service activities
• Support mobilisation and onboarding requirements
• Process timesheets and maintain accurate records
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely updates
• Maintain databases, service records, and reporting documentation
• Prepare reports and support departmental administration
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiencies
