Job summary

Tank Vision, a Sydney-based manufacturer of commercial and industrial water storage tanks, seeks a hands-on Production Coordinator to keep materials where they belong and ensure every tank leaves the factory, and arrives on site, in full and on time.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you’ll coordinate between the factory, warehouse, procurement and transport providers, manage schedules, book oversize loads, verify deliveries and keep projects on track across major sites such as data centres

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating production, logistics, warehouse or purchasing in a manufacturing or construction environment.
• Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation abilities.
• Strong computer skills; experience with ERP systems is desirable.
• Able to read technical drawings and communicate effectively with drivers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production schedules with the Production Manager and track jobs through fabrication, galvanising and dispatch.
• Arrange transport for pickups, materials and finished tanks, including oversize loads and permits.
• Prepare delivery documentation and perform pre-dispatch checks to ensure completeness.
• Ensure transport compliance with chain of responsibility, load restraint and size limits.
• Confirm delivery windows, site access and inductions with clients and installation teams.
• Raise POs for galvanising, transport and stock items in SIMPRO and monitor progress.
