• Drive Continuous Improvement: Track KPIs like OTIF, plan adherence, and inventory turnover.

The Position

We are looking for a Supply & Production Planner to orchestrate our end-to-end material flow and manufacturing schedules. In this dynamic role, you will bridge the gap between sales, procurement, and operations to eliminate bottlenecks, optimize inventory, and ensure our customers get exactly what they need, right on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Orchestrate Production: Develop and maintain detailed Master Production Schedules (MPS) and handle short-to-medium-term capacity planning.
• Manage Supply & Inventory: Build out requirements to secure raw materials and packaging while balancing safety stock levels against holding costs.
• Bridge the Gap: Align operational capacity with sales pipelines by actively participating in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Track and improve critical KPIs like OTIF, plan adherence, and inventory turnover.

About You / Qualifications:

• 3+ years of direct experience in production scheduling, supply planning, or materials management in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• An analytical, agile problem-solver who communicates clearly with both suppliers and shop-floor teams under tight deadlines.

Whilst not essential it would be great if you have:

• APICS certification (CPIM/CSCP) or familiarity with Lean/5S principles.
• Experience working inside a wholesale, consumer goods, apparel, or print/production environment.
