• Experience monitoring and assessing student learning and using data to inform teaching.

Responsibilities

• Direct teaching of groups and individuals; contribute to curriculum development and evaluation.
• Undertake other classroom duties as required; participate in staff meetings, camps and excursions.
• Attend parent/teacher meetings and communicate with students and parents about progress.
• Model best teaching practices, mentor junior teachers and supervise student teachers.
• Assist staff to use student data to inform teaching approaches and improve outcomes.
