Job summary

Dragonfly is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor for its Regency Park delivery hub. You will lead warehouse staff and drivers, safeguard safety standards, and drive on-time deliveries while optimizing routes and processes.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of leadership in transportation or logistics, strong problem-solving, and comfort with tech systems. You will report to the Station Manager and play a key role in customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in transportation, freight, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Tech-savvy with willingness to learn new systems.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping, receiving, dispatch, parcel returns, driver bookings and route optimisation.
• Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and Health & Safety compliance.
• Supervise unloading, freight verification, sorting, scanning, returns processing and quality checks.
• Manage driver check-in/out, loading processes and real-time delivery tracking.
• Create driver bookings and next-day route plans; communicate updates to teams.
• Maintain delivery, inventory, incident, POD, and compliance records.
• Assign daily tasks, monitor productivity and ensure SOP compliance.
• Prepare performance reports on-time deliveries and compliance metrics.
• Provide leadership, onboarding, coaching and training to drivers and warehouse staff.
• Manage employee performance and disciplinary actions where required.
• Resolve delivery complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support Station Manager in improving processes and partner relationships.
