Job summary

Dragonfly Shipping PTY LTD is seeking an hands-on Warehouse Support team member for our Regency Park delivery centre. You will assist with daily delivery operations, prepare reports, track packages, coordinate with drivers, and keep the workflow running smoothly behind the scenes.

This role suits someone with warehouse experience, strong customer service, and practical problem-solving skills. Monday to Friday 6:30am–2:30pm, with opportunities for growth within a fast‑paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an operations, transport or warehouse environment.
• Strong customer service and solutions-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Support daily delivery operations by preparing reports and assisting with package tracking and processing.
• Handle incoming and outgoing packages, including returns, to ensure the efficient flow of parcels.
• Work closely with Drivers and Delivery Partners to coordinate loadout and resolve any delivery issues quickly.
• Liaise with the call center to assist with customer updates or queries, providing on-ground support, and occasionally contacting customers directly via phone or email.
• Partner with Supervisors and team members to maintain smooth, day-to-day operations across the delivery centre.
• Jump in to assist with truck loading and unloading, ensuring packages are sorted and ready on time.
• Support the sortation team during peak times to meet delivery deadlines.
• Keep accurate records through data entry and elevate any issues or special cases to Supervisors as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area in line with health and safety standards.
