Job summary

AVC Operations Pty Limited in Brisbane is seeking a full-time Duty Manager/Assistant Venue Manager to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You'll oversee service standards, support teams, manage stock and opening/closing procedures, and drive a positive, dynamic venue culture across schedules including nights and weekends. This role offers growth within one of Australia's leading hospitality groups.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality roles is required.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations is expected.
