Job summary

Australian Venue Co. is seeking a Duty Manager in a vibrant pub in Queensland. You will lead the shift team across busy services, ensuring smooth gaming and venue operations while delivering a welcoming guest experience.

Eligible candidates have at least two years of Duty Manager experience, strong gaming venue background, and licenses (RMLV and Approved Manager). Availability for nights and weekends is required.

• Strong gaming venue experience.
• Confidence coaching staff and managing performance.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.

Beenleigh’s favourite local pub is looking for a Duty Manager who loves live music and knows how to lead a great shift. With touring acts and tribute shows, including performances celebrating U2 and INXS, it’s an exciting venue for someone who enjoys a lively atmosphere. You’ll lead the team across busy services, keep gaming and venue operations running smoothly, and create a welcoming experience for guests. We’re looking for a confident leader who communicates well, supports their team and is comfortable making decisions on shift.
