Australian Venue Co. is seeking an Assistant Venue Manager for Boomerang Hotel in Mackay Regional. You will oversee day-to-day operations and lead a team to deliver guest experiences that encourage return visits.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and solid food and beverage knowledge, with responsibility for staff, stock, and opening/closing procedures. You must work a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays, and you will benefit from ongoing

• Previous experience in a relevant role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge.
• Ability to manage staff, stock, opening and closing procedures.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in a busy environment.
• Availability to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays.
