Red Rock Leisure in Port Douglas is seeking experienced Duty Managers and Supervisors to join its iconic venues, Rattle N Hum and Paddy's Irish Pub. These busy bars and restaurants value hospitality and customer service, with a hands-on approach to daily operations.

The ideal candidate will lead and motivate staff, handle day-to-day challenges, and work flexible day, night, and weekend shifts in a high-volume, tropical setting in Far North Queensland.

Rattle N Hum and Paddy's are busy bars and restaurants with a strong emphasis on customer service from a vibrant and experienced team. Located on the main street of the bustling town of Port Douglas, situated in the paradise that is tropical Far North Queensland.

The Ideal Candidate must present

This is an exciting full-time hours opportunity in the heart of Port Douglas in well-established, high-volume popular venues.
