Job summary

Reef Group is seeking Cooks and Chefs to join our iconic venues in Port Douglas, including Rattle N Hum and Paddy's Irish Pub by Red Rock Leisure. Great incentives and accommodation options available.

The ideal candidate will be motivated, creative, and able to work in a busy, high-volume kitchen across lunch and dinner service. Flexibility for early mornings, late nights, and weekends is required; sponsorship may be available for the right person.

COOKS/CHEFS REQUIRED IN PORT DOUGLAS, QLD

Opportunity for experienced COOKS and CHEFS to join our iconic venues including Rattle N Hum and Paddy's Irish Pub by Red Rock Leisure in beautiful Port Douglas.

The desired candidate will be motivated and dedicated towork as well as being encouraged to demonstrate your creativity and skills during the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. You will work in a team of professionals who share your love of cooking & will be involved in the efficient running of a busy high-volume kitchen.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING ATTRIBUTES:

• Experience in fast-paced environments and high-volume conditions
• Ability to follow and develop recipes
• All cooking duties as required
• Maintain a clean cooking station
• Responsible for organization and preparation of lunch and dinner service
• Have excellent time management ability and organisational skills
• Take pride in the work you produce and have passion for what you do
• Previous experience in high-volume, multi-venue operations is advantageous
• An enthusiastic attitude and a good work ethic
• Immediate start in a busy restaurant
• An ability to work as part of a team and produce a consistent product is a must.
