Job summary

The Old Noarlunga is seeking an experienced Duty Manager with gaming experience to join our team. You will lead the gaming room, TAB, lotteries, bar and bistro, delivering outstanding service and building a welcoming atmosphere.

We require RSA and Advanced Gaming qualifications; RP badge is advantageous, and a minimum of two years’ gaming experience is preferred. A rotating roster including weekends and late nights is expected.

We’re looking for an experiencedDuty Manager with gaming experienceto join The Old Noarlunga. If you enjoy leading a team, delivering great service and creating a welcoming atmosphere, we’d love to hear from you.

• Up to 30 hours per week, with the potential for full-time employment in the future for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations across the gaming room, TAB, lotteries, bar and bistro;
• Lead by example, supporting the team throughout each shift;
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly;
• Build positive relationships with team members, locals and visitors;
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist across the bar when required; and
• Help create a safe, welcoming and enjoyable environment for guests and staff.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current RSA and Advanced Gaming qualifications — essential;
• An RP badge — advantageous;
• A minimum of two years’ gaming experience — highly regarded;
• A confident, friendly approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and late nights; and
• A positive, hands-on attitude with a focus on building a great team culture.
