Job summary

The Old Noarlunga, part of the Duxton Group, is seeking a Duty Manager with gaming experience to join The Oldy. You will lead a busy team, oversee gaming room, TAB, lotteries, bar and bistro operations, and deliver outstanding service in a welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates will hold RSA and Advanced Gaming qualifications, with two years' gaming experience preferred. Availability for a rotating roster, including weekends and late nights, is required.

• Current RSA and Advanced Gaming qualifications - essential.
• RP badge - advantageous.
• A minimum of two years' gaming experience - highly regarded.
• A confident, friendly approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and late nights;
• A positive, hands-on attitude with a focus on building a great team culture.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations across the gaming room, TAB, lotteries, bar and bistro.
• Lead by example, supporting the team throughout each shift.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Build positive relationships with team members, locals and visitors.

• Up to 30 hours per week, with the potential for full-time employment in the future for the right candidate.
• Immediate start available.
