Job summary

The Old Noarlunga is seeking an experienced Duty Manager with gaming experience to join our team. You will lead the gaming room, TAB, lotteries, bar and bistro, delivering outstanding service and building a welcoming atmosphere.

We require RSA and Advanced Gaming qualifications; RP badge is advantageous, and a minimum of two years’ gaming experience is preferred. A rotating roster including weekends and late nights is expected.

Qualifications

• Confident, friendly, team player with independent work ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across gaming room, TAB, lotteries, bar and bistro.
• Lead by example and support the team across each shift.
• Accurately handle cash transactions.
• Build positive relationships with team, locals and visitors.
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist at the bar when required.
• Create a safe, welcoming environment for guests and staff.
