CSC Group’s Club Donnybrook in Queensland is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to lead a diverse team and manage day-to-day club operations. You will drive service excellence, uphold CARES values, and ensure safe, compliant operations across evenings and weekends.

The role offers full-time or part-time hours with opportunities for progression, training, and internal mobility within CSC Group’s growing club portfolio.

Qualifications

• Hospitality all-rounder with gaming, food & beverage and club operations.
• Proven experience leading and motivating a diverse team.
• Full availability to work a rotating roster including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support team while upholding CARES values.
• Oversee daily club operations and maintain service standards.
• Make confident, informed decisions for the team, business and guests.
• Deliver outstanding service and create memorable experiences.
• Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions.
• Remain calm and decisive in emergencies and complaints.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety and procedures.
