Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop strong relationships with club members.
• Maximise patron satisfaction by driving high service standards.
• Oversee and manage the gaming floor in compliance with liquor and gaming regulations.
• Mentor and lead a diverse team of staff and foster a positive work environment.
• Manage operations of gaming, bingo, and food & beverage outlets; ensure safe venue for all stakeholders.
• Address and resolve any feedback, queries or complaints from patrons.
• Ensure clear and effective communication within the venue.
