Laurieton United Services Club is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee operations at Laurieton Services Club and Kew Country Club on a part-time basis.

The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and guest service, with shifts across day and night, including weekends and public holidays. The successful applicant will ensure policy compliance, manage staff, and maintain a welcoming environment for patrons.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience in supervisory roles.
• Current RSA and RCG/RSG certifications, or willingness to obtain.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Availability for day and night shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Club operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Balance cash handling and till controls where required.
• Manage rostering and staffing across departments.
• Lead, train and coordinate staff and supervisors.
• Set up events and function spaces.
• Resolve patron/staff conflicts professionally.
