Club Mulwala is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our leadership team during a period of growth, with new food and beverage outlets and Bayside venues on the horizon. You will lead a team, ensuring exceptional experiences for our members and guests in a fast-paced club environment.

This full-time role suits a hospitality leader looking to advance their career with an expanding organisation and a supportive leadership team.

Formación

• Experience as a Duty Manager or venue leader in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Commitment to exceptional service.
• Knowledge of liquor licensing, gaming compliance, AML/CTF and WHS obligations.
• Experience with cash handling and venue operations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Composure under pressure; flexible for rotating rosters.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, including staffing, service delivery and floor leadership.
• Lead by example as a visible, approachable presence.
• Handle enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, gaming, AML/CTF and WHS requirements.
• Support management with operational standards and continuous improvement.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, service and safety.
• Support a positive team culture and staff development.
