Job summary

Cruise Bar is seeking a Duty Manager to lead a busy, high-volume venue with a focus on exceptional guest experiences and team development.

You will coach a high-performing team, coordinate operations, and ensure safety and compliance across the venue while maintaining outstanding service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a Duty Manager Role.
• Experience managing a high-pressure, fast-paced, high-volume bar.
• Effective communicator who can share their vision with the team.
• Exceptional guest service orientation and leadership presence.
• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.
• Current RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling) certificate.

The Duty Manager is a fast-paced role responsible for ensuring the successful operation of a Licensed Venue, Cruise Bar.
