EVT Connect Hospitality in Brisbane is seeking a Duty Manager to drive engagement and ensure top-notch guest service across its hotel operations. The role requires leadership to coordinate activities that maximise performance and ROI while upholding brand standards and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, lead a team, and be prepared to support other properties within the region as needed. 38 hours per week with a competitive salary of 77K-85K per year.

Responsibilities

• Drive overall engagement and product quality of the operation by managing and coordinating activities to maximise performance, profitability and ROI.
• Create a positive and productive work environment, ensuring superior guest service and directing employees to complete duties while complying with quality and brand standards.
• Adhere to local government regulations concerning hotel emergency procedures, safety, and other regulatory requirements and implement policies and hotel operating procedures.
• Provide support on hotel operating systems and implement policies and procedures across properties as needed.
• Be flexible to support other properties within the area or by agreement in another State.
