EVT Connect Hospitality is seeking a Duty Manager to lead daily hotel operations in Sydney. You will drive engagement, oversee guest services, and coordinate activities to maximise performance, profitability and ROI.

You will ensure compliance with quality and brand standards while providing guidance to a team and maintaining a productive work environment. Flexible to support other properties as required, you will implement hotel operating policies, manage cash and stock control, and train staff

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience required.
• Ability to lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and brand standards.
