The Amaroo Hotel in Dubbo is seeking a Duty Manager to lead the front-of-house team. You will work closely with the General Manager to drive day-to-day operations, delivering exceptional customer service and building strong community relationships.

Responsibilities include overseeing opening/closing, ensuring venue presentation, planning operational requirements, and maintaining RSA, RCG and WHS compliance. A collaborative leader with a keen eye for detail is essential.

Job description

The Amaroo Hotel in Dubbo is entering a new phase. Right in the centre of town, the Amaroo is Dubbo's local venue.

We are looking for an Duty Manager to join and lead our front of house team.

Working closely with the General Manager you will:

Assist in the leading of day-to-day operations across the venue. You will manage a talented and dedicated team during your shift, including providing exceptional levels of customer service as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with the local community.

Responsibilities will include:

Ensuring the venue is well-presented and welcoming for all our patrons.

Planning and preparing all operational requirements for the consistent delivery of customer service.

Opening or closing the venue (depending on shift).

Monitoring and managing all RSA, RCG and WHS responsibilities in the venue, resolving or escalating incidents or concerns as necessary.
