Job summary

Crown Hotel Parramatta is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join a busy seven‑day hospitality operation. You will lead shifts, support staff, and deliver high-level customer service while maintaining operational standards across the venue.

The role focuses on gaming operations, TAB, compliance, cash handling, and day-to-day supervision. RSA and ARCG qualifications are required, with strong regulatory knowledge and dependable leadership as core expectations.

Crown Hotel Parramatta is seeking an experienced and motivated Duty Manager to join our team in a busy 7-day hospitality operation.

This role is suited to someone who is confident leading shifts, supporting staff, delivering strong customer service, and maintaining high operational standards across the venue. A key focus of the position will be overseeing gaming operations, TAB operations, compliance, cash handling, and day-to-day venue supervision.

The successful candidate will hold current RSA and ARCG qualifications and have a strong understanding of responsible service, regulatory compliance, and safe venue operations.

Key responsibilities
