Job summary

The Amaroo Hotel in Dubbo is seeking a Duty Manager to lead the front-of-house team. You will work closely with the General Manager to drive day-to-day operations, delivering exceptional customer service and building strong community relationships.

Responsibilities include overseeing opening/closing, ensuring venue presentation, planning operational requirements, and maintaining RSA, RCG and WHS compliance. A collaborative leader with a keen eye for detail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and manage the front-of-house team during shifts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with the local community.
• Ensure the venue is well-presented and welcoming for patrons.
• Plan and prepare operational requirements for consistent service delivery.
• Open or close the venue depending on shift.
• Monitor RSA, RCG and WHS compliance and address incidents as needed.
