InterContinental Perth City Centre is seeking a Duty Manager to join a confident, internationally minded team. You will report to the Reception Manager and oversee guest service and operations, ensuring prompt, personalized attention across the hotel.

The role requires leadership experience in hospitality, strong opera PMS knowledge, and a polished, luxury-brand-ready presence. The position is based in Perth with Rosters across a 24/7 schedule.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ supervisory/leadership experience in hospitality.
• “Connecting with guests” and seamless service mindset.
• Dynamic, confident and professional personality.
• Strong knowledge of Opera PMS.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting deadlines.
• Professional presentation aligned with a luxury brand.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest needs and resolve issues; supervise colleagues during busy periods.
• Greet and farewell guests; conduct daily briefings; contribute to team meetings.
• Lead and develop the team through training and development.
• Ensure hotel safety and security; coordinate with senior leadership in emergencies.
