Job summary

Inner West Venue is seeking a Duty Manager to lead daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and strict adherence to compliance and safety standards. You will manage staff, respond to inquiries, and foster strong relationships with members and gaming patrons.

You will be the face of the venue, making decisive calls, coordinating teams, and driving continuous improvement in the guest experience while maintaining high presentation and performance standards.

• Comprehensive experience across the Club and hospitality industry.
• Experience in a supervisory or Duty Manager role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Superior customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong leadership, motivational and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to make decisions and manage challenging situations.
• Current approved RSA & ARCG Competency Cards.

As Duty Manager, you will play a key role in the successful day-to-day operation of the venue. You will be a visible and approachable leader, responsible for ensuring our members and guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of compliance, security, presentation and operational performance. No two shifts are the same. You will need to be confident making decisions, managing competing priorities and supporting your team to deliver a consistently positive experience.
