The Crown Hotel Parramatta is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead shifts in a busy 7-day hospitality operation.

You will oversee gaming, TAB operations, ensure RSA and venue compliance, manage cash handling and support staff with training and customer service excellence. Availability across days, nights, weekends and public holidays is essential.

Crown Hotel Parramatta is seeking an experienced and motivated Duty Manager to join our team in a busy 7-day hospitality operation.

This role is suited to someone who is confident leading shifts, supporting staff, delivering strong customer service, and maintaining high operational standards across the venue. A key focus of the position will be overseeing gaming operations, TAB operations, compliance, cash handling, and day-to-day venue supervision.

The successful candidate will hold current RSA and ARCG qualifications and have a strong understanding of responsible service, regulatory compliance, and safe venue operations.
