Job summary

The Crown Hotel Parramatta is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead shifts in a busy 7-day hospitality operation.

You will oversee gaming, TAB operations, ensure RSA and venue compliance, manage cash handling and support staff with training and customer service excellence. Availability across days, nights, weekends and public holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• RSA certification and responsibility for safe venue operations.
• Experience in leading shifts and supervising staff.
• Strong knowledge of gaming and TAB operations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support venue operations across a 7-day roster.
• Oversee gaming, TAB, and customer service areas.
• Ensure RSA, gaming, and venue compliance standards are maintained.
• Support staff during service and assist with training where required.
• Manage cash handling, floats, tills, and end-of-shift procedures.
• Respond professionally to customer enquiries, issues, and incidents.
• Work closely with senior management to improve venue performance.
