CAZALYS PALMERSTON CLUB INC | Palmerston Golf & Country Club is seeking a full-time duty manager to lead gaming and F&B operations. The role emphasizes high-quality service, policy compliance and cash reconciliation across shifts.

The successful candidate will mentor staff, maintain customer focus, and be professionally presented, with flexibility to work nights, weekends and public holidays as rostered.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in gaming and F&B management.
• Strong understanding of Gaming, Keno and TAB facilities.
• Maintaining high service standards while complying with policies and regulations.
• Proven ability to manage cash reconciliations accurately.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth running of the club on designated shifts.
• Complete cash reconciliations accurately and promptly.
• Proactively supervise staff with clear direction and maintain a harmonious team environment.

Cazalys Palmerston Club is looking for a full time duty manager to join our team. The successful applicant will possess the following attributes,

• Proficiency in gaming, food and beverage management with minimum two (2) years' experience is essential.
• Strong understanding of Gaming,Keno and TAB facilities.
• Maintaining a high standard of service to all patrons, while ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.
• Ensure smooth running of the club on designated shifts.
• Complete all cash reconciliations in an accurate and timely manner.
• Proactively supervise all staff by providing clear and consistent direction, ensuring that high standards are adhered to at all times, as well as promoting a harmonious team environment.
• Be willing to take responsibility and accountability.
• Ability to mentor and train staff.
• The right candidate must have excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus, as well as be professionally presented and groomed at all times.
• A committed, trustworthy and responsible individual is what we are looking for.The candidate must be flexible and available to work nights (at least 2-3/week), weekends, public holidays, when rostering demands this.
