Job summary
Paradise Point Bowls Club on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced hospitality leader to oversee dining, gaming, sports bar with TAB, reception and outdoor facilities, plus the club's greens and administration.
The role is full-time with a mix of day, night and weekend shifts; you will lead teams, manage rosters, deliver consistent service and ensure a welcoming, high‑energy customer experience.
Qualifications
- At least 12 months previous experience in a similar role.
- High levels of customer service and a professional, engaging attitude.
- RSA, RSG, CLOR, RMLV or willingness to obtain
- Approved Managers License
- Blue Card

- Knowledge on leading and managing others

We are seeking an experienced leader for Paradise Point Bowls Club on the Gold Coast to deliver A Class hospitality experiences. Coming from a strong hospitality background fostered around food, beverage and gaming, you will be responsible for the day to day delivery of services across a dining room (160 pax capacity), gaming room, sports bar with TAB facilities, reception and administration, outdoor viewing deck, and 3 greens with an undercover green.
