Aus Venue Co in Beenleigh is seeking a Duty Manager to lead a busy shift, oversee gaming and venue operations, and deliver a welcoming guest experience. The role requires clear communication, decisive on-shift decisions and strong staff coaching to maintain service standards.

You will work nights and weekends, support your team, and help progress toward an Assistant Venue Manager role within a lively live-music venue environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as Duty Manager or supervisor in a pub.
• Strong experience in gaming venues.

Beenleigh’s favourite local pub is looking for a Duty Manager who loves live music and knows how to lead a great shift. With touring acts and tribute shows, including performances celebrating U2 and INXS, it’s an exciting venue for someone who enjoys a lively atmosphere.

You’ll lead the team across busy services, keep gaming and venue operations running smoothly, and create a welcoming experience for guests. We’re looking for a confident leader who communicates well, supports their team and is comfortable making decisions on shift.

What you’ll bring

• At least two years’ experience as a Duty Manager or supervisor in a pub
• Strong gaming venue experience
• Confidence coaching staff and managing performance
• Experience with cash handling, banking and closing procedures
• Availability to work nights and weekends
• RMLV and an Approved Manager licence
