• Two years' experience as a Duty Manager or supervisor in a pub.
• Strong gaming venue experience.
• Proven ability to coach staff and manage performance.
• Experience with cash handling, banking and closing procedures.
• Available to work nights and weekends.
• RMLV and Approved Manager licence preferred.

Beenleigh's favourite local pub is looking for a Duty Manager who loves live music and knows how to lead a great shift. With touring acts and tribute shows, including performances celebrating U2 and INXS, it's an exciting venue for someone who enjoys a lively atmosphere.

You’ll lead the team across busy services, keep gaming and venue operations running smoothly, and create a welcoming experience for guests. We're looking for a confident leader who communicates well, supports their team and is comfortable making decisions on shift.

What you'll bring
