Job summary

Bayswater Bar & Grill is seeking a Duty Manager to support the Venue Manager with day-to-day operations and lead the team during shifts. You will be a calm, hands-on presence, delivering great service while upholding safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities include managing shifts, cash handling, maintaining standards across gaming and F&B, coaching staff, and addressing guest feedback. Availability for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• You’ll bring experience supervising a busy pub, hotel, club or similar licensed venue.
• Experience with gaming, TAB or KENO would be particularly valuable.
• You’ll need current Queensland RSA and RSG qualifications, or the ability to obtain any required venue-specific qualifications before starting.
• Availability for evenings and weekends is part of the role.
