Job summary

Australian Venue Co. is seeking a Duty Manager for a Beenleigh pub to lead a busy shift, oversee gaming and venue operations, and deliver a welcoming guest experience.

You’ll guide and coach staff, make decisive shift-level decisions, and ensure smooth closing procedures. The ideal candidate has 2+ years as a Duty Manager or supervisor in a pub, strong gaming venue background, and holds an RMLV/Approved Manager licence.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience as a Duty Manager or supervisor in a pub.
• Strong gaming venue experience.
• Confidence coaching staff and managing performance.
• Experience with cash handling, banking and closing procedures.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
• RMLV and an Approved Manager licence.
