Job summary

The Woombye Pub, part of Norton Hospitality Group, is seeking an experienced full-time Duty Manager to lead busy shifts across bars, dining and gaming operations. You will oversee daily operations, support staff and deliver outstanding customer service.

With at least two years in a similar role and current RSA, RSG and RMLV qualifications, you’ll manage gaming clearances (KENO, TAB), rostering nights and weekends and ensure safety and presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a similar role.
• Current RSA, RSG and RMLV qualifications.
• Approved Manager licence or willingness to obtain one.
• Experience with KENO, TAB and gaming clearances.
• Experience working in multi-bar venues.

What you’ll bring

• At least two years’ experience in a similar role.
• Current RSA, RSG and RMLV qualifications.
• A current Approved Manager licence, or willingness to obtain one.
• Experience with KENO, TAB and gaming clearances.
• Experience working in multi‑bar venues.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
• A flexible approach to rostering, with availability to work nights and weekends.
• Familiarity with SevenRooms, me&u and Uber Eats.
• Knowledge of beer reticulation systems.
