• Complete delegated operational responsibilities to Ballers Clubhouse standards.
• Monitor customer experience and resolve service issues professionally.
• Complete end-of-shift procedures including cash handling and reporting.
• Support stock management, ordering processes, and stocktake procedures.
• Ensure compliance with RSA, licensing, and workplace health and safety requirements.
• Support training, coaching, and leadership development of staff.

Ballers Clubhouse Melbourne is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Duty Manager to join our team.

About the role

The Duty Manager is responsible for the operational management of the venue during allocated shifts. The Duty Manager acts as the key operational leader on shift and is responsible for executing tasks and responsibilities delegated by the Venue Manager.

Key responsibilities
