Redpath is seeking an experienced Underground Loader Operator for an established project in Queensland. You will operate underground LHD equipment safely, support production targets, and uphold a strong safety culture across the team.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in underground mining, a Loader Ticket, and current First Aid/CPR and Working at Heights training. Competitive hourly rates and a 2:2 roster support work-life balance.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years' experience operating in an underground mining environment.
• Current Loader Ticket; Sandvik loaders experience highly regarded.
• Valid Manual Driver's Licence, First Aid & CPR, Working at Heights certification.

Job Description

Working as part of a high-performing underground mining team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of underground load-haul-dump (LHD) equipment while contributing to production targets and maintaining Redpath's strong safety culture.

• Safely and efficiently operate underground loader equipment in accordance with site standards and procedures.
• Complete assigned tasks and production activities as directed by Supervisors, supporting site production priorities and plans.
• Apply effective loading techniques to maximise productivity while maintaining a safe working environment.
• Maintain work areas to a high standard, including floor conditions, windrow removal, stockpile management, and stope brow sprinkler setup.
• Comply with all Redpath and client safety, operational, and site-specific procedures at all times.

About the Candidate

• Minimum 3 years' experience operating in an underground mining environment.
• Current Loader Ticket, with experience operating Sandvik loaders highly regarded.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions.
