Job summary

Service NSW is seeking a Customer Service Representative – Driver Tester at Armidale Service Centre to conduct practical driver licence tests and provide clear, professional feedback, helping customers achieve milestones while upholding road safety standards.

The role combines customer service, assessment and compliance within a supportive team; part-time 20 hours per week with a rotating roster and base salary of approximately AUD 93,490–98,252 pro-rata, plus superannuation.

Qualifications

• Have held an unrestricted Australian driver licence for the preceding three years.
• A satisfactory driving record; your traffic record will be verified during recruitment.
• Ability to drive a manual vehicle; you will pass a 90 question Driver Knowledge Test and a Manual Practical Driving Test.

Responsibilities
