The role centers on dozer operation, with a preference for candidates who can jump between different machines and tasks. You will read plans, maintain safety, and contribute to a reliable, high-quality team culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating dozers in civil construction or earthmoving
• Strong understanding of civil construction practices and earthmoving operations
• Experience operating other machinery such as excavators, graders, loaders or skid steers is highly regarded
• Ability to move between machines and tasks as required
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to read and understand plans and levels
• Commitment to workplace health and safety
• Reliable work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Relevant tickets and licences, including White Card

Full-Time Dozer Operator / Multi-Skilled Operator

Alzino & Co Earthmoving is a family-owned and operated civil construction company servicing the Moreton Bay Region and beyond. With a strong reputation for quality workmanship, reliability and a great team culture, we are looking for an experienced Full-Time Dozer/ Multi-Skilled Operators to join our growing team.

The Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dozer Operator/s who takes pride in their work and is confident operating machinery across a range of civil construction and earthmoving projects.

This role will primarily involve dozer operation, however, we are particularly interested in candidates who are multi-skilled and capable of jumping between different machines and tasks as required.

You will work across a variety of projects including subdivisions, civil construction, bulk earthworks, site preparation and general earthmoving.

About You

The successful applicant will have:

• Proven experience operating dozers in a civil construction or earthmoving environment




• Strong understanding of civil construction practices and earthmoving operations




• Experience operating other machinery such as excavators, graders, loaders or skid steers is highly regarded




• Ability to confidently move between machines and tasks when required




• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
