Job summary

Workfast is seeking an experienced Dozer Operator to join a reputable construction company in Bulla. This role offers well above award wages, lots of hours and overtime, and the opportunity for ongoing work in a supportive, safety-focused environment.

You will be working in a leading waste management, resource recovery and material production company. Shift options include Night shift: 9:00pm - 6:30am and Day shift: 6:00am - 3:00pm.

Qualifications

• White Card required.
• Dozer Ticket required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience operating machinery.
• Minimum 2 years' experience on construction sites.
• PPE (personal protective equipment) required.
• Strong work ethic and can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate dozers and compactors on construction sites.
• Follow site instructions and operate machinery safely.
• Contribute to efficient, high-quality project delivery.
• Shift options: Night shift 9:00pm–6:30am; Day shift 6:00am–3:00pm.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operating dozers and compactors on construction sites
• Following site instructions and operating machinery safely
• Contributing to efficient, high-quality project delivery

What You Need:

• White Card
• Dozer Ticket
• Minimum 2 years' experience operating machinery
• Minimum 2 years' experience on construction sites

• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
• Drivers licence and own transport to site
