Dow Earthmoving Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Excavator and Bobcat Operator to join our Toowoomba team for long-term, full-time work on local projects.

You will operate 5t–14t excavators, skid steers and trucks, delivering high-quality earthworks with a strong emphasis on safety. The role requires 2+ years of machine experience, a valid licence, and the ability to read site plans.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years experience operating excavators and bobcats across a range of site conditions.
• HC or HR truck licence is required.
• White card (construction_industry) is required.
• Ability to read site plans and work to drawings.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.

Mansioni

• Operate excavators ranging from 5t to 14t, and skid steers.
• Operate trucks as needed.
• Construct concrete and sandstone block retaining walls.
• Perform site cuts, trenches and earthworks.
• Transport machines and materials between sites.

About the role

You will operate excavators ranging from 5t to 14t, along with skid steers and trucks, across a variety of local projects. We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated operator who takes pride in delivering high-quality work while maintaining a strong focus on safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Detailed excavation
• Construction of concrete and sandstone block retaining walls
• Site cuts
• General trenching and earthworks
• Transporting machines and material between sites

Skills, Experience & Licences

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A minimum of 2 years experience operating excavators and bobcats across a range of site conditions
• Drivers licence
• HC or HR truck licence
• White card
• Ability to read site plans
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
