Job summary

MCJ Earthworks and Construction is a small, family-run earthmoving business in Toowoomba, QLD. We’re seeking a driven, reliable Multi-Skilled Excavator Operator/Labourer to join our team and help with a variety of earthmoving and construction work.

You’ll operate excavators 5T–23T and Posi Tracks, perform bulk and detailed excavations, and contribute to retaining walls, trenching, house pads and site cuts. The role is full-time with consistent projects across the Toowoomba Region.

Qualifications

• Excavator ticket and Posi Track ticket required.
• HC or HR truck licence required.
• White Card required.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators from 5T to 23T and Posi Tracks.
• Bulk and detail excavation.
• Retaining walls and trenching.
• House pads and site cuts.
• Load out and transporting material.
